1984-2005: Circuit City was a fortune 500 company for over 20 years; it was the second largest U.S. electronics retailer, after Best Buy with stores throughout North America and a print catalog distribution in the United States producing more than $2 billion annually
1989: “Circuit City Express“ was introduced in a mall based format in over 55 locations.
2009: Systemax (Sym) acquired the Circuit City brand name, trademarks, and e-commerce website.
2015: Circuit City Corporation, Inc. acquires trademarks and e-commerce rights
